- @ Home Exercise Plan – something that is easy to follow and time efficient that you can fit into a busy day, without having to step out of your front door!
- Diet Plan – Just give me a 1 week food diary and I will analyse your eating habits and tastes, then you will get a written guide on ways to improve or enhance your daily eating habits!
- Gym Programme – If you are a member of a gym and want something to follow in your own time, I am definitely the person to get this sorted for you. I will incorporate techniques and exercises that you have done with me and include them in a routine that you will be both comfortable with and safe to perform under your own steam!
