Small Group Personal Training

blogpost1Train with your partner, your daughter or with friends.  If you are not feeling quite so confident to do a session on your own, why not train with 1, 2 or 3 others to help lighten the mood and have a fun filled training session with me.  Just because your working hard there is nothing to say it can’t be relaxed and enjoyable at the same time.  Goals should be similar to achieve the most from your workout but sharing my time and attention means your individual session price is more cost effective in today’s economy.
