1 a Week Package

This package offers 1 60 minute session a week and is designed to complement an existing training schedule you have, whether in a gym, a sports club, participation in fitness classes or participation in other fitness activities such as running, cycling etc. These sessions are booked on an on-going basis. £200.00 per Month (4 sessions).

 


2 a Week Package

This package entitles you to two 60 minute training sessions a week and is on an on-going basis. You do not need to have in place an existing structured exercise regime although I would encourage you to participate in other moderate activities during the week to accelerate the benefits of your training. £360.00 per Month (8 Sessions).


 

3 Month Blitz

This package comprises 12 weeks of intense training, 3 sessions a week and payable as a one-off package price or in monthly installments. This is ideal for clients working to a goal-based deadline such as a wedding or holiday. Total Price £1440.00 (36 Sessions).


 

6 Week Burn Up

This package comprises 6 weeks on a 3 sessions per week basis. Again this programme is aimed at those individuals looking to improve their fitness, tone up or lose weight for a specific time target. Total Price £720.00 (18 sessions).


 

Slow But Steady Wins The Race

A package more suited to those whose fitness levels may need building up more slowly or those whose time to exercise is a little more limited. This package offers 3 x 30 minute sessions a week over a six week period. If you are a complete beginner to exercise you may find that training for 30 minutes is sufficient for you to feel and see the benefits and you can of course progress to 1 hour sessions after completing this package when you feel ready to develop your training further. Total Price £450.00


 

The Gift Pack

A one off package- ideal as a gift for friends or family or as a treat to yourself. This package comprises 4 personal training sessions that can be taken whenever you choose, either intensively or more spread out. These could be used to introduce you to the benefits of personal training, build up your motivation to restart an exercise programme or perhaps refocus you and complement an existing training schedule. Total package price £200.00.


 

Bundles

These sessions are purchased as a bundle and you are free to book and use them when you wish. There is no monthly commitment although the greater frequency with which you train, the better results you will see.
